Dr. Justin Gusching is triple board-certified by the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery (ABCS), the American Board of Facial Cosmetic Surgery (ABFCS) and the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery (AOBS).
He did his cosmetic surgery fellowship through the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (AACS) at Southern Surgical Arts. He has since been refining his artistic eye and his excellence in cosmetic surgery.
Dr. Gusching takes great pride in helping his patients reach their goals and, although somewhat early in his career, has already been recognized for his hard work and expertise.

Dr. Gusching’s commitment to the field of cosmetic surgery does not end here, as he also enjoys training talented surgical fellows who are then eligible to become certified by the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery.

The experience from start to finish was exceptional. I came in for a consult for a breast augmentation revision. First I had a consult with a well known facility in Atlanta. I spent 5 minutes with the Dr. and she just measured my breasts asked if I was top or under and sent me to their consult manager who told me everything they would do and gave me the price. I chose Dr. Gusching because he took the time to cover all my options and explained the different procedures. He did not make me feel rushed and answered any questions I had. Dr. Gusching did not recommend all the extra the other place did and when I inquired about it, he explained what they were/did and why he wasn’t recommending at this point. I just hit my 6 weeks and couldn’t be happier with the results. Dr. Gusching and his staff at Reflections in Cartersville are hands down number 1. I will recommend them to all my family and friends wanting to get implants or revisions.

Dr. Gusching performed a thighplasty surgery on me July 21, 2022. The results are absolutely amazing. He showed me my before and after photos and I was completely shocked at the results. Don’t get me wrong I knew there was a difference, however, I didn’t realize just how much. I have never felt rushed or unheard.
